Job Overview
OutdoorBoys Power Washing and North Pole Christmas Lights are hiring motivated technicians to join our growing exterior services team. This role is split seasonally between exterior cleaning services (March–September) and Christmas light installation and removal (October–January).
This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, working at heights, and being part of a fast-growing service business.
Seasonal Responsibilities March – September: Exterior Cleaning Services
Technicians will perform residential exterior cleaning services, including:
- Concrete & driveway cleaning
- House washing (soft wash)
- Deck cleaning
- Paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing
- Exterior window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning (soft wash)
Responsibilities include:
- Operating pressure washing and soft wash equipment
- Using ladders and working safely on roofs
- Protecting customer property and landscaping
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
- Driving company trucks and towing trailers
- Completing jobs efficiently and professionally
October – January: Christmas Light Services
Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of Christmas light services, including:
- Installing custom Christmas light displays
- Roof climbing and ladder work
- Electrical wiring and extension cord management
- Handling, installing, and repairing lights and wiring
- Troubleshooting bulbs, connections, and electrical issues
- Performing takedowns after the season
- Organizing, labeling, and storing lights properly
Work Schedule & Seasonal Breaks
- Expected to work 5 days per week during active seasons
- Seasonal downtime includes:
- Mid-December to early January (approximately 3 weeks off)
- Late January to late February (between takedowns and power washing season)
Physical & Job Requirements
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Able to lift and carry equipment
- Comfortable operating pressure washing systems
- Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pressure washing, window cleaning, or exterior services (preferred but not required)
- Experience with ladders, roofs, or construction-type work
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
