Scoma's restaurant Food Server is responsible for all aspects of guest food and beverage service. This position requires a proven ability to perform in a high volume professional fine dining environment with an emphasis on teamwork and hospitality. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and nights. Candidates must have fine dining experience of 2 to 5 years and 5 to 8 years total waiter service experience.
