What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, lighting, flooring, and event equipment
- Load and unload trucks at our Bay Shore warehouse and job sites
- Work on-site at private homes, venues, and event spaces
- Ensure all setups meet company quality and safety standards
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic (this is physical, hands-on work)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
- Ability to bend, climb, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Available for weekends, nights, and flexible scheduling
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in event rentals, construction, or general labor
- Ability to drive a 24’ box truck (higher pay available)
- Valid driver’s license – Please bring a copy of your abstract
Pay & Benefits
- $17 - $20 / hour & Commissions
- Higher pay for drivers and experienced crew members
- Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available)

Schedule
- Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend availability required
- Overtime opportunities available during peak season
- Weekends & Nights Required
Work Location
- Based out of our warehouse in Bay Shore, NY
- Travel to job sites across Long Island
