Job Summary
We at Rolling Fields Farms are seeking a dynamic and energetic Cannabis Store Manager to lead our retail operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store functions, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Duties
- Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train team members in customer service excellence, product knowledge, and compliance standards
- Oversee employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team
- Maintain accurate inventory management through purchasing, stock replenishment, POS (Point of Sale) system oversight, and inventory audits
- Ensure strict adherence to legal regulations related to cannabis sales, including age verification, record keeping, and security protocols
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with precision
- Develop marketing strategies to promote store offerings while managing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Supervise shift management by coordinating staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours
- Foster a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and effective communication skills
- Monitor store performance metrics using retail math principles; analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail sales or store management roles with a focus on customer service excellence
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities including training & development
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and performance evaluations
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or payroll administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in cannabis retail or related industries is highly desirable but not mandatory; a strong interest in the industry is essential
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- All employees must pass a state of MN background check, as required by OCM regulations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
