Caregiver Job Duties
As a Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate one-on-one in-home support for seniors, including:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Companion care and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Mobility support and transfer assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care support
- Safety supervision and fall prevention
- Building trusted relationships with clients and families
- Supporting seniors in maintaining independence and dignity at home
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking caregivers who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Professional with strong communication skills
- Passionate about helping seniors and families
- Experienced in caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, PCA, senior care, companion care, or healthcare (preferred but not required)
- Willing to learn with paid caregiver training provided
- Able to pass a background screening
- At least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience as a:
- Caregiver
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- HHA (Home Health Aide)
- PCA (Personal Care Assistant)
- DSP
- Companion Caregiver
- Senior Caregiver
- Dementia Caregiver
