Who We’re Looking For:
A machine master. A team builder. Someone who can run a production line with their eyes closed (but please don't).
As our Lead Machine Operator, you'll take charge of production on our corrugated line—guiding your team, optimizing setups, ensuring quality, and minimizing downtime like a seasoned pro.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a crew on the press line
- Setting up, running, and troubleshooting machinery (Specialty Folder Gluers, Rotary Diecutters, and Flexo Folder Gluers—whatever we’ve got, you’ll run it like a boss)
- Monitoring product quality and keeping waste to a minimum
- Training new team members and keeping safety front and center
- Collaborating with maintenance and supervisors to keep production flowing
What You Bring:
- 5+ years operating corrugated machinery (lead experience a strong plus)
- Deep knowledge of box grades, flutes, paper specs, and line speeds
- A sharp eye for quality—and the leadership skills to ensure others do too
- A commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
*Must be able to pass short math test containing addition/subtraction, reading measurements, and simple addition of fractions.*
