Owner Operator (Class A CDL) – Dedicated Sunday RouteRole Description
Imperial Food Service is seeking a reliable Owner Operator with their own 18-wheeler to complete a dedicated weekly route from San Marcos, TX to Dallas, TX.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position operating every Sunday. The driver will arrive at our San Marcos pickup location between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, load product, and transport it to our Dallas warehouse for delivery.
This is a consistent weekly route with predictable scheduling and steady work.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at pickup location in San Marcos, TX between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Load and secure product for transport
- Safely transport product from San Marcos to Dallas
- Deliver product to designated warehouse location in Dallas
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain required transportation and delivery documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and safety requirements
- Communicate any delays, issues, or equipment concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must own and operate your own 18-wheeler tractor and trailer
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Active commercial insurance coverage
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
