USA Sport Group is hiring Early Childhood Activities Coordinators to lead engaging and interactive "Parent & Me" classes for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years alongside their parents or guardians.
Responsibilities:
- Creating an imaginative and nurturing environment that focuses on early motor skill development, coordination, and bonding through interactive sports activities
- Follow our curriculum and create a safe, positive experience for every participant

Does this sound like you?
- Early-education teaching experience (Highly preferred)
- A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
- Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
- Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
- Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
- 17 or older
- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
The Fall Season runs approximately 10 weeks from September through mid-November. Most programs take place on Saturday and Sunday mornings, with limited weekday opportunities.
Candidates must attend a virtual introductory hiring presentation to learn more about USA Sport Group, the coaching role, and the next steps in the hiring process.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
