We are currently partnered with Frontier and their internet division, and due to increased demand and ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Associate to join our expanding team in Connecticut.
In this Sales & Customer Associate role, you will communicate directly with customers in person to promote and sell Frontier’s internet and connectivity solutions. We are looking for results-oriented, reliable individuals who are eager to contribute to a team that consistently sets the standard for outstanding customer experiences. The Sales & Customer Associate is a full-time, in-person role based in CT.
Sales & Customer Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally, handling inquiries and delivering product information with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Contribute to consumer outreach and customer experience initiatives that drive revenue for our clients
- Conduct direct sales and provide customer support to prospective clients who have shown interest in Frontier services
- Communicate effectively and problem-solve in a dynamic, fast-paced setting to close sales efficiently
- Offer thoughtful sales solutions to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with patience and clarity
- Monitor personal sales performance with a focus on continuous improvement
- Work independently and as part of a the Sales & Customer Associate team to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Attend quarterly training sessions and networking events to enhance your skills
- Stay informed about new Frontier products, industry trends, and essential sales techniques
Sales & Customer Associate Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Sales Associate, customer service, or in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive attitude
- Basic troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented with a knack for planning and execution
- Professionalism, dedication, and reliability
