Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare routines to prolong lash wear and maintain eye health.
- Promote additional services such as eyelash lifts, brow shaping, or other beauty treatments to enhance client experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling for seamless client flow.
- Engage with clients via social media management platforms to showcase work, promote specials, and grow the client base.
Skills
- Expertise in eyelash extensions application and knowledge of current trends in lash styling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a beauty environment.
- Experience with retail sales techniques to recommend products like lash serums or aftercare kits.
- Ability to perform complementary beauty services such as makeup application or brow shaping is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin if applicable. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
