OLA CRAB is looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic Servers to join our team in Woodburn, Oregon.
As a Server, you will provide welcoming and attentive service, explain our menu, accurately take orders, deliver food and drinks, and make sure every guest has a great dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain menu items, seafood choices, sauces, and spice levels
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests and respond to requests or concerns
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Clean and reset tables
- Work closely with kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members
- Follow restaurant sanitation and food safety procedures
- Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but training is available
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain any required food or alcohol service permits
Pay: $15.55 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
