We're Hiring: Executive Operations Coordinator

Festinger Advisors is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Founder.
This is not your typical executive assistant position.
This is an opportunity to become a key member of a growing commercial real estate and hospitality advisory firm with exposure to luxury hotels, commercial real estate, investment sales, development, asset management, and executive leadership.

Festinger Advisors is a boutique advisory firm specializing in commercial real estate, luxury hotels and resorts, mixed use developments, investment sales, asset management, acquisitions, and strategic consulting.
Our Founder has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, has managed over $1 billion in hotel and commercial real estate assets, and has worked on some of the country's most recognized hospitality and commercial real estate projects, including the Waldorf Astoria Washington, DC conversion.
We work with developers, institutional investors, hotel owners, lenders, family offices, attorneys, and business leaders throughout South Florida and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
- Coordinate communications with clients, investors, developers, attorneys, and business partners
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
- Research hotels, developers, investment opportunities, commercial real estate, and market trends
- Manage CRM systems and business development pipelines
- Coordinate transactions and special projects
- Assist with marketing, LinkedIn, social media, and branding initiatives
- Organize contracts, confidential documents, and digital files
- Help improve systems, workflows, and daily operations
- Take ownership of projects and help drive the firm's continued growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience in executive support, operations, commercial real estate, hospitality, finance, or marketing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Experience with Canva and AI platforms such as ChatGPT is a plus
- Experience with CRM software is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
- Performance based annual bonus
