Join Center One Community Team
Center One Community Team is seeking Registered Nurse (RN), PA, and the surrounding area. NEW GRADS are welcome.
We specialize in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring safe, person-centered care that promotes independence and well-being. Days for this postion are as follows; Thursday 11am-9p, Friday 8-4p, and Saturday 8-4pm.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans (ISP).
- Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support individuals in achieving personal and health-related goals
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with IDD population preferred but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
