Role Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy for a wide range of diagnoses, including: Developmental delays, articulation and phonological disorders, oral motor impairments and feeding concerns (including newborns), fluency/stuttering disorders
- Collaborate closely with families, empowering them to support their child’s growth
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in a timely mannerWhat Sets Us Apart

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Connecticut state licensure (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience preferred; strong commitment to evidence-based care required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
