Job Summary: The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Hagerstown is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent/Lobby Bar Attendant to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will assist in handling guest check-ins, reservations, in-house guest inquiries, as well as the preparation and service of alcoholic beverages at the lobby bar. This role requires strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide information about hotel ammenities and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions both at the front desk and at the lobby bar.
- Prepare alcoholic beverages from a limited beverage menu.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar area.
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
