Solutions Treatment Center is seeking a full time Admissions and Clinical Case Manager for our dual diagnosis and behavioral health treatment center.
Applicants must currently be located in Northern New Mexico. A willingness to work in both our Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations is a plus.
Duties include:
- Answering intake inquiries
- Performing pre-admission assessments
- Corresponding with referral sources, family members, probation officers and outside treatment providers
- Clinical case management services
- Performing insurance verifications
- Working with insurance companies for authorizations, concurrent reviews and appeals as needed
- Completing admissions paperwork
- Conducting meet and greets with prospective clients and referral agents
- Community outreach
- Aftercare planning
- Clinical case management with clients
Minimum Qualifications
- BA in psychology, social work, counseling, substance abuse or a related field (associates degree is acceptable with at least 2-3 years experience in the field)
- LSAA, CPSW, LMSW preferred
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Computer skills
- Experience working in electronic health records
- Experience working with commercial insurance companies

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
