What You’ll Do
As a Shift Leader, you will help lead daily restaurant operations while supporting and developing Team Members. You will work closely with the management team to ensure excellent food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and operational execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and support Team Members during shifts
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Delegate tasks and maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Monitor food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Assist with training and coaching Team Members
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Complete operational checklists and daily paperwork
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance
- Maintain cash handling and deposit procedures
- Help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
