Jefferson Tours & Charters is growing—and we’re building a reliable, professional driver pool for our busiest travel seasons. We are driving our full-size motorcoaches and are delivering charter services.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate motorcoaches for charter and tour trips
- Provide a professional, customer-focused experience for passengers
- Manage trips both in-town and out-of-town
- Represent the company with reliability and professionalism
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time / seasonal position with peak demand during:
- Spring: March – May
- Fall: September – November
Additional trips may be available throughout the year, but drivers should be comfortable with non-year-round scheduling.
Pay & Perks
- $335 per out-of-town trip + $69 per diem
- Bi-weekly pay
- Late-model, well-maintained equipment
- Competitive pay compared to other local operators
Requirements
- CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement and Air Brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of passenger-carrying commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record and background (safety is critical)
Experience accepted:
- Motorcoach (preferred)
- School bus driving
- Transit bus driving
