The Role
We're hiring a Field Operations Supervisor to be the right hand of our operations team. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — you'll be on job sites making sure our crews are performing, our standards are met, and our clients are happy. If you're the kind of person who notices when something's off and fixes it before anyone has to ask, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee cleaning crews across multiple commercial job sites each shift
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift inspections — confirm supplies, equipment, and quality standards before crews leave
- Hold team leads accountable for crew performance, uniform standards, and professional conduct
- Serve as the on-site point of escalation — handle issues before they reach the client
- Document any performance incidents or policy violations and report to management
- Communicate job site status, crew attendance, and any issues to the operations manager in real time
- Support scheduling, supply management, and day-to-day field coordination
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, field supervision, or a similar role
- Natural leader — you earn respect and you know how to hold people to a standard without creating drama
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working evening/overnight shifts at commercial locations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Strong communication skills — able to relay field updates clearly to management
