Fox Chase Home Care is looking for a motivated, professional, and bilingual Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, goal-driven, organized, and passionate about helping families and caregivers connect with quality home care services.
Position Summary
The Bilingual Call Center Representative / Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential participants and caregivers who are interested in home care services. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain services clearly while building trust with callers.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable speaking with participants, family members, caregivers, and referral leads in a professional and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential participants interested in receiving home care services
- Contact caregivers who are interested in employment opportunities with Fox Chase Home Care
- Explain home care services, caregiver opportunities, and next steps clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to increase conversion rates
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers with questions or concerns
- Document all calls, notes, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the system
- Schedule appointments, onboarding visits, or follow-up calls when needed
- Maintain professional communication with participants, caregivers, and internal staff
- Escalate concerns or urgent matters to the appropriate department
- Meet daily call goals and support team performance targets
- Maintain confidentiality of participant and caregiver information at all times
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous call center, outbound calling, sales, recruitment, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and professional customer service skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
- Must be organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, sales, or caregiver recruitment
- Experience working with participants, caregivers, or referral leads
- Familiarity with HHAeXchange or similar home care systems is a plus
