Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Director of Operations to lead our team in an assigned demographic area with preference of location based in North Carolina. This key leadership role is responsible for implementing, managing, and fostering the company culture, policies and procedures developed to enrich the resident, families, guest and team member experience in each of our communities. As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, financial performance in both revenue generation and expense management, regulatory compliance and operational excellence for your entire region. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who develops strategies, designs plans, sets goals and achieves success throughout their mult-site portfolio. This position will require weekly travel to communities, travel can be 90%+ as needed to support your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities, ensuring adherence to standards and state regulations.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Implement policies, procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency, resident satisfaction and staff engagement.
- Support and mentor Executive Directors and community leadership teams in achieving operational goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying updated on industry regulations and conducting audits and inspections.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the communities.
- Oversee resident care programs, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts for community leadership teams.
- Act as a liaison between the corporate office and community leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-site management within the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
- Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between communities within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate leadership.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
