Seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Windows Server environments. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and availability of Windows-based infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Active Directory, virtualization, automation, patch management, and enterprise security practices.

Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, and newer).

Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.

Perform server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
-
Deploy and maintain VMware and/or Hyper-V virtual environments.
-
Configure and manage Windows Failover Clustering and high-availability solutions.
-
Implement and maintain security controls, hardening standards, and compliance requirements.
-
Manage patching and vulnerability remediation across server infrastructure.
-
Monitor server performance, capacity, availability, and trends using enterprise monitoring tools.

Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and infrastructure automation platforms.
-
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
-
Troubleshoot complex server, operating system, and infrastructure issues.
-
Collaborate with network, cloud, security, and application teams on infrastructure initiatives.

Participate in on-call support and incident response activities.

Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of Windows Server administration experience in enterprise environments.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.

Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.

Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Intune.

Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN, NAS).

Knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift environments.
