Duties:
- Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis
- Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance
- Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment
- Assists with preventative maintenance program
Qualifications:
- Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs etc.
- Experience with general up keep of commercial building
