Overview
Palm Health is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled OBGYN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a top "A grade" hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey to support a high volume obstetrical service line on an ongoing locums basis. The facility offers a flexible schedule of both 12- and 24-hour shifts, a competitive pay, and Palm Health will cover travel costs including: flight, lodging/hotel, rental car/ gas mileage.
Scope of Work:
- Labor & Delivery coverage
- Postpartum patient management
- GYN surgical support
- OB/GYN emergency department consults
- Inpatient rounding and acute care management
Schedule:
- 24/7 coverage model
- 12-hour or 24-hour shifts available
- Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (flexible scheduling across week)
- No call required

- Working alongside:
- OB Attending Physicians
- Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
- Collaborative, team-based care model
