Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support a team of mobile technicians servicing commercial client locations throughout the Fort Lawn, SC area. This is an excellent opportunity for an HVAC professional who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a team environment, and wants the opportunity to work across multiple facilities rather than being stationed at a single site. Every day brings new challenges, making this an ideal role for someone who is adaptable, customer-focused, and passionate about building maintenance. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5pm.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance testing to ensure equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform corrective maintenance.
- Complete assigned work orders and accurately document completed work.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives by ensuring systems operate at peak performance.
- Inspect equipment for compliance with safety standards and applicable codes.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding service activities.
- Assist with additional building maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working at multiple client locations.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing daily assignments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working with preventive maintenance schedules.
- CFC Certification.
- QHSE or other safety certifications.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
