Eibsee Coffee Co. is hiring a part-time barista! This position offers both week day and weekend hours. Weekend availability and previous barista experience are pref for this position. Our operating hours are Tuesday - Friday 7am - 2pm and weekends 8:30 - 2pm, so you must have availability during those hours!

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
- Operate Square POS system
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options
- Maintain cleanliness within trailer, assist in opening and closing tasks
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Requirements
- Prior barista experience or strong coffee experience preferred; a passion for coffee culture is a plus
- Weekend Availabilty
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours
- Ability to stand for extended period and lift light equipment or supplies as needed
