Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS system, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standard
- Food running and serving is our lunch format
- Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings. 2 years minimum
- Strong knowledge of TOAST POS systems ; familiarity with RESY is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest relations
- Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Effective communication skills for working with team members and engaging with guests seamlessly
