About the Role
Sandlot Showball Tournaments is looking for a hungry, high-level Sponsorship Sales Broker to join our team as we launch a disruptive, entertainment-first sports experience. We are not looking for someone to sell "ad space"; we are looking for a closer to sell partnerships in a unique, viral, and high-energy atmosphere that is redefining the amateur sports industry. If you have a deep network of regional business contacts and know how to sell the value of a high-production, fan-centric environment, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Selling
You will be responsible for securing multi-year partnerships and local sponsorships for our tournament circuit. Our inventory includes:
- Title Partnerships: High-level branding rights for our tournament series.
- Presenting Partnerships: Premium visibility for "Play of the Day" segments and event-wide activations.
- On-Site Experiences: Unique, fan-interactive opportunities to showcase products during our events.
- Digital & Social Reach: Visibility across our viral social media presence and tournament branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Identify, prospect, and close new regional and multi-year corporate partnerships.
- Strategic Outreach: Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers to present our unique "Showball" sponsorship packages.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their brand objectives are met through our high-energy event activations.
- Closing: Drive revenue through relentless prospecting and expert-level sales presentation skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Track Record: Proven success in sponsorship, advertising, or high-ticket B2B sales.
- Regional Connections: An existing network of businesses and corporate contacts within Riverside County and the broader Southern California market.
- Entertainment Focus: A salesperson who understands how to sell "experience" and "fan atmosphere" rather than just traditional media impressions.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: This is a commission-only role; you must be self-motivated, driven by uncapped earning potential, and comfortable working independently.
- Professionalism: High-level presentation and negotiation skills to represent the Sandlot Showball brand to top-tier partners.
Compensation
- Commission-Only: Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure paid out based on revenue generated.
- Growth Potential: Opportunity to build a long-term revenue stream as we scale our tournament operations annually.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
