Captain Clean Pro Wash is interviewing now for Field Technicians out of our Oak Harbor shop. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start. Weekends off.
Let's talk money, because everybody else is vague about it and we're not.
Trainee — $25/hr while we teach you everything.
Tech — $25/hr plus a revenue-per-hour bonus on every hour you work. $54K–$66.5K a year.
Lead Tech — $27.50/hr plus bonuses. You run a two-man crew and own your truck. $62K–$81K.
Master Tech — $30/hr plus bonuses. The guy everybody else goes to first. $67K–$86.5K.
No tenure minimums. Nobody here waits their turn. You move up when you're good, not when it's been long enough. Overtime in busy season is on top of all of it, at 1.5x.

What we'll teach you: window cleaning, gutters, house washing, roof soft-washing, decks and patios. Plus safety, customer service, and how we run a job. How fast you move up is genuinely on you.
Basic requirements: valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable on ladders and roofs. Able to carry equipment all day. And you must not be a jerk.
Uniform provided. Paid training from day one. Paid time off after your first year.
