We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team and drive growth through exceptional customer service and expert insurance solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized communication, exceptional service, and ongoing account management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex insurance solutions clearly to clients, ensuring they understand coverage options and benefits.
- Negotiate policy terms and close sales efficiently while achieving or exceeding sales targets within your territory.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance for continuous improvement.
- Engage in inside and outside sales activities, including retail sales environments, remote (virtual) meetings, and face-to-face client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for business development, brand awareness, and customer retention initiatives.
Experience
- Proven management experience with a strong background in business development and account management.
- Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially in technology or insurance-related fields.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Strong skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, upselling, and achieving sales targets across diverse territories.
- Familiarity with territory sales strategies, inside/outside sales techniques, and remote selling environments.
- Experience with prospecting methods including cold calling, lead generation campaigns, and direct outreach efforts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver compelling product demos or presentations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
