Role Overview:
As a Team Member at Planet Fitness, you will play a vital role in creating a positive member experience and a welcoming environment for all members, guests, and staff. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service, support operational duties, and ensure that the facility is accessible and accommodating to all individuals, including those with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all members, prospective members, and guests with courtesy and professionalism.

Provide superior customer service that respects the diversity and needs of all individuals.

Perform front desk responsibilities, including answering phones in a friendly and helpful manner.

Assist with member check-in and registration.

Give tours to prospective members, ensuring they are accessible and informative.

Support new member sign-ups and update member accounts as needed.

Respond to questions, concerns, or requests, and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications:

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only at our facility in Anchorage, Alaska.
