Magnolia Groom is seeking an experienced, professional dog groomer to join our growing team in the heart of Taylorsville. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new grooming business from the ground up while working in a beautiful location with significant growth potential.
Our vision extends beyond grooming. Magnolia Groom is part of an expanding pet care concept that includes professional grooming, boutique boarding, daycare services, and a pet supply shop. Responsibilities
- Perform professional dog grooming services, including bathing, brushing, clipping, hand scissoring, nail trims, and ear cleaning
- Consult with pet owners regarding grooming needs and preferences
- Ensure pets are handled safely, compassionately, and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Help establish and grow the grooming department within our expanding business
Qualifications
- Professional dog grooming experience required
- Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passionate about animal care and grooming excellence
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
