Job Summary:**
Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance and lubrication services efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), and fluid top-offs (windshield washer, power steering, brake fluid, coolant).
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections, checking tire pressure, belts, hoses, and lights.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and tools.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and proficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies.
- Document services performed accurately and completely.
Job Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
