What You’ll Do:
- Greet every customer with energy and a smile — make them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Prepare BIGGBY® signature food and beverages, including lattes, frozen drinks, teas, and brewed coffee with consistency and care.
- Take customer orders accurately and offer helpful suggestions based on the menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat environment in the store
- Operate equipment including espresso machines, blenders, and registers with confidence (training provided).
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in every order — even during the morning rush!
- Work as a team to keep the store stocked, safe, and ready to deliver the BIGGBY® experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a desire to connect with people.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction with a positive attitude.
- Dependable and punctual — your team counts on you!
- Prior food service or retail experience is helpful, but not required (we train you!).
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must work at least 3 shifts per week for a minimum of 18 hours per week

Pay: $11.00 - $12.25 per hour
