Job Summary
We are seeking Medical Sales Representatives to sell a Wharton's Jelly-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Exosome platform, one of the most advanced regenerative biologic products available in today's market. This is a high-income independent contractor opportunity offering no commission splits, no caps, and no territory ceiling.
Our exosome product is positioned within the 351(a) biologic regulatory pathway, giving providers confidence in product legitimacy, quality standards, and FDA compliance, a powerful differentiator in a crowded regenerative medicine market.
Duties
- Prospect and close healthcare providers, regenerative medicine clinics, med spas, orthopedic practices, and wellness centers on our MSC Exosome platform
- Educate providers on the Wharton's Jelly MSC sourcing process, exosome concentration, and 351(a) biologic compliance framework
- Conduct product presentations and clinical conversations that build provider confidence and drive repeat ordering
- Develop and manage your own account base independently with full autonomy over your schedule and territory
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, pipeline activity, and orders
- Represent the brand with integrity by adhering strictly to approved claims and compliant marketing language
Qualifications
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, biologics, or regenerative medicine sales strongly preferred
- Existing relationships with clinics, physicians, or healthcare providers in your market, this is a major advantage
- Comfortable operating as a fully independent 1099 contractor on 100% commission
- Familiarity with regenerative medicine, exosomes, stem cell therapies, PRP, or adjacent biologics a significant plus
- Self-directed, high-accountability mindset, you run your own business within our platform
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of or willingness to learn FDA 351(a) biologic framework and compliant sales practices
