Experience/Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, solid modeling, etc. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing tasks based on priority. Willing to work in a team environment and familiar with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly. Self-motivated, capable of taking direction as well as working with minimal supervision and able to mentor others in CAD activities.
Work Schedule/Hours: Monday – Friday with typical business hours. Occasional overtime may be necessary when working on special projects. Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
