The Chiro Clinic is looking for a positive, outgoing, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice in Vancouver, Washington.
We’re looking for someone who brings great energy to the office and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll be one of the first faces our patients see when they walk through the door, so we want someone who can make people feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited to be here.
You’ll work alongside Dr. Reed to help serve our patients, create an amazing experience in the office, and help The Chiro Clinic continue to grow throughout Vancouver and the Clark County community.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, upbeat environment
- Check patients in and out
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
- Schedule new and existing patients
- Help patients stay consistent with their recommended care plans
- Motivate and encourage patients throughout their care
- Communicate with patients about upcoming appointments and scheduling
- Collect payments and help with basic financial arrangements
- Keep the front desk and patient areas clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Assist Dr. Reed with day-to-day clinic operations
- Help with occasional community events, health fairs, and local outreach
- Be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the clinic grows

Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Experience with insurance verification, chiropractic/medical billing, or working in a healthcare office would be a huge bonus.
Hours
30–40 hours per week
The position is in-person at The Chiro Clinic in Vancouver, WA.
