Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated long-term employee with Jimmy Johns or managment experience to join our team! We may have a PIC shift available, as well. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food production, and the ability to manage people of all backgrounds and ages effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining operational efficiency in a quick service restaurant setting. All of our managers are hands on with all types of work within the shop.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food production processes to maintain quality standards and consistency in menu offerings.
- Train and mentor staff in food service best practices and customer service excellence.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production or food service management is preferred.
- Proven track record of supervising teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in shift management with the ability to motivate and lead staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
