SCAFFOLD FOREMAN Raleigh, NC
Scaffolding Solutions is looking for an experienced Scaffold Foreman to lead scaffold crews throughout the Raleigh area. If you have a strong safety mindset, know how to build and lead a team, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to talk with you.
We perform commercial, industrial, and specialty access projects throughout North Carolina. This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk job.
What You'll Do
- Lead scaffold crews on erection, modification, and dismantling projects Plan daily work activities and keep projects moving safely and efficiently Conduct safety meetings, JSAs, and daily inspections Read and follow scaffold drawings and project specifications Coordinate with customers, superintendents, and project managers Ensure quality workmanship and OSHA compliance Train and develop scaffold builders and laborers Complete daily reports, inspections, and job documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
What We're Looking For
- Scaffold construction experience required Previous foreman, lead man, or crew leader experience preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffold regulations and safe work practices Ability to read drawings and job plans Ability to lead crews, solve problems, and communicate effectively and a valid driver's license Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
