We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team.
FINANCIAL ANALYST
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis across multiple client and internal projects. This position is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A), improving financial performance, and providing valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, operations, sales, project management, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting activities for assigned business units, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and resource planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze financial trends to support business growth.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
- Support revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and expense management across multiple projects.
- Analyze project costs, inventory, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Create dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to communicate financial performance.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or business analysis (internship experience considered).
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial insights to leadership.

Pay: $75,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
