Job Overview
Effex is seeking motivated Assembly Operators to support a manufacturing client. This role involves assembling and testing electronic products such as computers and servers while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: $13.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: $14.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test electronic products according to work instructions
- Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
- Prepare, inspect, and package products as needed
- Follow all safety, health, labor, and ESD regulations
- Report issues immediately to supervisors
- Support training and onboarding of new employees
- Work cooperatively as part of the production team
Qualifications
- Basic education required; vocational training a plus
- Ability to complete internal training and certification
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Clean criminal record
- Willingness to learn and improve
Work Environment & Dress Code Requirements:
This is a production floor environment, to maintain a safe and professional production environment, all employees are expected to adhere to the following dress code:
- Pants or jeans only (no rips or tears)
- No gym clothes, shorts, or sweatpants
- Closed-toe shoes required (tennis shoes only – no steel toe boots)
- No strapless or spaghetti strap shirts
- No jewelry allowed
- Hair must be tied back in a bun
