Infinitek is recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy for a Civil Engineer (PE) to join its growing team in Panama City, FL.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile federal infrastructure projects, primarily supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering innovative civil engineering solutions across water resources, transportation, site development, and public infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on communities.
What You'll Be Doing as Civil Engineer
- Support the planning, design, and delivery of federal civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Perform site investigations, engineering evaluations, and technical analysis.
- Design stormwater management systems, drainage, water and wastewater infrastructure, transportation, and site development projects.
- Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, permit applications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Provide engineering support during construction and assist with project delivery to ensure quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Build strong client relationships while contributing to innovative infrastructure solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET Accredited).
- 5–10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or the ability to obtain Alabama and Florida licensure.
- Experience in stormwater, drainage, water/wastewater, transportation, or civil site development.
- Experience preparing permit applications and working with regulatory agencies.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience supporting federal, municipal, or public infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
