Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our local business outreach and keeping our marketing campaigns running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable initiating contact with local businesses, a master at juggling multiple tasks, and exceptionally skilled at executing strategies under the direction of our Marketing Consultants. Key Responsibilities
- B2B Outreach & Lead Generation: Confidently reach out to local businesses via phone, email, and in-person visits to introduce our services, schedule appointments, and follow up on marketing initiatives.
- Consultant Support: Work directly under the guidance of our Marketing Consultants to help execute client campaigns, prepare presentation materials, and handle administrative logistics.
- Multi-Tasking & Project Tracking: Coordinate and track multiple ongoing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client assets are organized.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client databases, assist with scheduling, and prepare standard reports on campaign performance or outreach metrics.
- Brand Representation: Act as a professional and enthusiastic representative of our company when interacting with clients and the local business community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable making cold/warm calls and pitching ideas to business owners.
- Organizational Prowess: Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse workload without losing sight of the details.
- Coachability: Ability to take direction well, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively with a team of consultants.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and a quick adaptability to internal CRM or project management tools.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is a plus, but a motivated attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
