Position Summary
We are looking for experienced residential and commercial cleaners to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude with clients.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Follow client preferences and company expectations
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Properly maintain and transport cleaning supplies and equipment
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
Qualifications
- Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Enjoy working with others and contributing to a positive team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Important Information
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and is not a W-2 employee role. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and must provide their own cleaning supplies and transportation.
