Job description:
We are currently hiring reliable and dependable newspaper distributors to deliver our newspapers. You are given an entire week to do a route that can be done in one day. Here are the two types of routes:
1) Single Family Home Delivery You would pick up 2500 copies of the papers and bags. Take them home and bag them. Once completed, you take one picture of all the papers bagged and text the picture to me. I will then text you your boundaries on where to throw the papers from your car into the driveways of the homes in your territory. You must download a jog tracking app that I will show you when you pick up papers. You must turn it on while you are doing the route and text me the route when you have completed the route. You must check the weather and be certain not to throw the papers before the rain or after the rain. Summer is challenging. In addition, you must tell me the day that you will be delivering. The route can be done anytime day or night. Compensation is $175 per route.
2) Bulk Delivery You would pick up 50 bundles of papers or 2500 and deliver them to the condo mail rooms, apartments, hotels, restaurants and businesses on a route list I will give you. Like Amazon, you must take a picture of the paper facing up at each drop. You will have between 100 to 150 drops on your route. All drops are on one street so you will not be driving all over the place. When you have completed the route you will download pictures into a file and email them to me. (Do not text them to me). If you do not know how to do this I will email you a youtube link that will show you how. In addition, you must tell me the day that you will be delivering. The route must be done between 9am and 5pm.Compensation is $150 per route.
We start everyone out with one route to confirm we are a good fit. Naturally, you must have a valid drivers license and car insurance.
