We are looking for a Hardscape Project Foreman who will lead and manage a crew of 3-4 crew members in the daily construction of a variety of residential and commercial hardscape projects. PaverScape is a healthy,

Job Description:
Hardscape Project Foreman is responsible for performing and overseeing the hardscape construction on residential and commercial projects as directed by Hardscape Operations Manager. You will also provide
strong leadership to the project crew to ensure a quality, timely, and profitable completion of our hardscape installation projects. We expect the highest level of results and customer service from all of our
employees, especially our Foreman.
Position Overview:
Lead and manage a 3-4 crew members in the construction of a variety of hardscape projects, such as but not limited to...residential and commercial driveways, patios and walkways, pool decks, retaining walls,
seating bench walls, fireplaces and fire pits, outdoor kitchens, masonry walls and columns, veneer stone work, foundations, etc., etc..
Qualifications and Skill Requirements: (at a minimum of)
- Minimum of 1-2 years verifiable experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or Crew Leader,
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hardscape layout experience,
- Minimum of 2-3 years of excavation and grading experience,
Minimum of 2-3 years of concrete paver, brick paver, bluestone, flagstone, travertine, various concrete finishing installation experience,
Minimum of 2-3 years of retaining wall, seating bench wall, and fire pits installation experience,
Minimum of 1-2 years of masonry work such as fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, masonry walls and columns, veneer stone work, and foundation construction experience (preferred)- Strong leadership experience
Must be able to operate a Bobcat, trac-hoe, and other necessary equipment handling,- Must be a "hands-on" Foreman and capable of performing manual labor on a daily basis,
- Able to lift 80lbs,
- Must be able to read blueprints and properly and accurately,
Must have an attention to detail, productivity, project budgets, project cleanliness, and lead by example,
Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills,- Valid drivers license with good driving record,
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
