Duties
Corporate Operations Support
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain company records, files, templates, policies, and operational documentation.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate internal meetings, calendars, agendas, and action items.
- Track organizational deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Support implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Client Relations & Customer Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Assist with client onboarding and contract administration processes.
- Maintain client records and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Support client satisfaction initiatives and relationship management efforts.
- Prepare meeting summaries, action plans, and client status reports.
Proposal & Growth Support
- Assist with proposal development and submission activities.
- Support maintenance of past performance databases, resumes, and capability materials.
- Coordinate document collection and formatting for business development efforts.
- Maintain opportunity tracking systems and business development records.
- Support marketing, networking, and corporate outreach initiatives.
- Assist with conference, event, and sponsorship coordination and execution.
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
- Track organizational performance metrics and key business indicators.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document repositories.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and information management activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of business records.
Requirements
Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, client support, business administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting government contractors or professional services firms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience supporting proposal development and contract administration.
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes and terminology.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
