Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors as needed
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow
- Help with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or banquet functions
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory
- Prior work in banquet settings or hotel hospitality can be beneficial for understanding guest services in diverse environments
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for providing excellent guest experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, bussing, serving, and kitchen operations is helpful for success in this role
