We're growing in the Triad and looking for a BCBA to serve families across the greater Winston-Salem area — including Kernersville, Clemmons, Lewisville, High Point, and surrounding communities. Blossom ABA Therapy is a multi-state ABA provider serving families across North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland. As a BCBA on our team, you focus on what you trained for — assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and family guidance — while our operations team handles scheduling, insurance, and paperwork.
Compensation and Schedule
$90,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus pay
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Full-time or part-time — you decide

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs to improve client outcomes
Deliver services across in-home, school-based, and telehealth settings
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering your treatment plans
Provide parent and caregiver training on behavioral interventions
Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
What You'll Need
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
North Carolina LBA licensure, or willingness to obtain it (we'll help)
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
Access to reliable transportation for in-home and school-based sessions in the Triad
Strong clinical judgment and leadership working with RBTs and families
New BCBAs and experienced clinicians alike are encouraged to apply — if you're recently certified, we provide mentorship to help you build your caseload with confidence.
