About Us:
At DNPT Physical Therapy Group, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home physical therapy services to patients in West Los Angeles, CA and surrounding communities, including but not limited to:
Culver City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, West Hollywood, Westwood, Brentwood, Century City, Malibu, Inglewood, Hawthorn, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, etc.
We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants who are available to provide home health services in Montebello and nearby communities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the State of California
- Current CPR certification (online certifications not accepted)
- Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality in-home physical therapy services.
- Deliver patient-centered care to improve mobility, safety, functional performance, and overall quality of life.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility strategies, fall prevention, and safety techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and participate in case conferences.
- Ensure patient safety while providing compassionate and professional care.
Experience:
- Home health experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- Experience in adult rehabilitation, therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, functional mobility, and home safety assessments is a plus.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Independent Contractor (PT or PTA)
- Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week
Compensation:
- Competitive pay: $50–$125 per hour (depending on discipline and experience)
